Ayesha’s performance in the recent Oyster Palma Regatta from her slab reefed, fully battened rig setup was no surprise to her owners. The Sloop setup allows for easy control from the cockpit, without losing the performance benefits of the powerful mainsail. In the owners words, ‘she deserves the rig she has’, as proven by her 1st 575 Regatta position.
Arguably for med sailing, she has the ideal set up. Easy tacking (no cutter) and maximum performance in the generally light airs during the summer months. The practicality of the mainsail will also strike a cord with anyone wishing to go further afield as proven by her CV.
Based in Mallorca, Ayesha has been in the professional care of Oyster Guardianage and presents beautifully. Viewing is highly recommended.
